Numerology has a rich, multicultural history dating back thousands of years. The ancient Greeks understood the universe as a great cosmic order, with science and art bound by the same laws of mathematics.

It may seem a little strange to think of something as mundane as math having mystical power but, that's exactly what numerology is all about. In this system, each number has a distinct significance and a mystical nature.

Once you master the basic fundamentals of numerology, it's easy to apply them to your life.

Simply reduce, or add together, the digits of your birthday until you end up with a single digit. For example, 11/15 reduces to 11+15=26, which in turn reduces to 2+6=8. 8 would be your personal power number if your birthday falls on this day.

The only exceptions to the rule are power numbers 11 and 22, which are considered special in numerology and do not reduce any further.

Week of September 24 - 2018

On 9/24, a Full Moon occurs under the influence of you, Aries!  the 1st House of your chart and since no one is just their sun sign, we also have Aries in own natal charts too. So, this Full Moon, also known as The Harvest Moon, will impact each and every one of us, but in a different way. It's all up to how your personal chart has lined up - signs and houses that light up your chart or where they are positioned (in what House) and any aspects that occur with any other planet.  

Aries energy is passion, fire, chemistry, motivation, hate to say it but accidents and life-changing mistakes and that's a big deal. Full Moon in Aquarius: The Leo Sun warms up this cool Moon sign with a heavy emphasis on humanitarian, helpful and unifying vibes. Expect to find yourself in a generous mood. Be careful of overindulgence during this Full Moon. You could be feeling so great, you rack up debt. This is a time to save, not spend. Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius will need to balance the budget during this forward thinking Full Moon.

Mercury represents how we Communicate and interact with others (Mercury is the ruler of the 3rd House. Whenever Mercury goes Retrograde (or backwards/slows down) there is a tendency for all properties of this planet to go haywire. Mercury rules computers, cars, cell phones, travel, travel schedules and all things related to how we communicate and utilize these methods of communication.


Schedules or your best laid plans can be interrupted on short or, in fact, no notice at all. People can arrive late or not show up at all. Traffic, cars, planes and any other form of transportation especially can be a nightmare during this time. If you buy anything during this transit, chances are very high that your purchase will malfunction or need to be returned. If you order something on the Internet, it could arrive only to be the wrong size, item or color. Another example of Mercury's influence would be that your mail doesn't arrive or it's sent someplace else. Associates, employees and others will make mistakes that will need to be corrected at a later date. And if you sign any contract during this time, expect problems to arise and probably a need to go back and renegotiate.


Cover your tracks and double check the fine print during Mercury retrograde. During this time, it is best to postpone major purchases, romantic commitments (you could change your mind and not want to be with this particular person after all) and be clear and concise in all of your communications with others. Say things twice if you have to so that you can be certain that nothing is left open to interpretation. You might notice that people from your past tend to come back into your life (or at least try to) during a Mercury retrograde. So, be on the lookout for people from your past reaching out to you during this time as well. Think of Mercury retrograde as time of rebuilding, revisiting, rethinking and rewriting. The key word is re:! You might want to revise, review, return or reevaluate someone or something in your life. This is not an ideal time to begin new projects or relationships according to Astrology.

Weekly Horoscopes for 2/10-2/16

A Lunar Eclipse occurs in the sign of Leo, on 2/10! Leo is the 5th House of Astrology.  The 5th House is all about love, passion, children, taking risks, gambling and also focuses on hobbies. Every two years, Eclipses come in pairs and  remember, the energies of Lunar Eclipses can be felt up to three months, maybe more. and these effects can last for months or sometimes years after, it all depends on your Chart and where this Eclipse occurs for you, what House and which degree.
