A Lunar Eclipse occurs in the sign of Leo, on 1/21/19! Leo is the 5th House of Astrology.  The 5th House is all about love, passion, children, taking risks, gambling and also focuses on hobbies. Every two years, Eclipses come in pairs and remember, the energies of Lunar Eclipses can be felt up to three months, maybe more. and these effects can last for months or sometimes years after, it all depends on your Chart and where this Eclipse occurs for you, what House and which degree. Remember that there are degrees involved in each of our charts so it would be impossible to tell you exactly how this will play out, BUT I have included my weeklies and make sure you check out the Lunar and Solar Eclipses in 2019 article to learn more. Sometimes its fun to go back and see how the eclipses impacted your life. But, it's not over yet! The good news about Solar Eclipses is that the stand out because the Sun and the Moon travel together. For more on this culmination of Eclipses and what they mean for you, I devised this article that I wrote over a twenty year period of time. It's for those of you who want to get a general idea of how these energies will play out for you.

Aries

The Eclipse in Leo impacts your 5th House of love and children and brings your immediate attention to taking risks, Aries. This is a great time to start some type of savings as unexpected expenses could crop up when you least expect them to relate to love and children. Passion, children and your hobbies (what you love to do in your spare time) will be heavily emphasized under this Eclipse. 

Taurus

The Eclipse in Leo impacts your 4th House of home, family, and issues from the past. This Eclipse could bring some tensions to your significant relationships. Relations with family members could be challenging as can relations with your significant other. It is important to tone down any hint of aggression as there are lessons to learn about your most intimate relationships. Listen to the advice of people you tend to disagree with for ideal results. In other words, keep an open mind to avoid challenging personalities. 

Gemini

The Eclipse in Leo transits your 3rd House of intellect, travel, and self-expression, Gemini. You could be annoyed with co-workers, associates and the pace of your career.  Try to keep an open mind and realize that February will be a month to shine or depending on your words, which can land you in hot water! Luckily, Jupiter remains in the opposite sign of Sagittarius so, try not to go overboard when expressing your thoughts and desires this week. If you can find a balance, you can have everything you desire and then some, Cancer. Be thrifty but don't deny yourself the basics either, Cancer. Find a balance that works for you! On the flipside, you could find something priced just right and still have enough to satisfy you and then you have the best of both worlds, Cancer. At the end of the week, you get a fresh perspective on your possessions and any pressing financial issues will be clarified.  Only Cancer (You) know how to stretch a dollar more than any other sign can.

Leo

The Lunar Eclipse in your 1st House brings about some challenges in an ongoing relationship, personal or professional this week. Someone could question your ideas about how you go about your business. There could also be some tension on the home front. Saturn (Lessons) in Capricorn (Your 6th House of health, repairs, and maintenance, daily routines and work) can make you will feel tired, listless or low on energy. Your feelings and emotions will be in the spotlight as you could react to things that normally wouldn't bother you, Leo. Remember Leo that a positive attitude will always get you what you desire! The Eclipse in Leo impacts your 12th House of the past, secrets and working in seclusion. This is not a good week to indulge in what could be perceived as escapist tendencies, Virgo. Saturn (Lessons) in Capricorn (Your 4th House of home, relatives, motherhood and issues from a long time ago) can illuminate an ongoing tug of war between money and love or money versus love.. Do not mix the two as you and a close friend or partner will have a serious disagreement regarding expenses that could threaten or end a relationship. Tread carefully, Libra. Differences in opinion about money are intense and serious this week. Don't allow your views about money to ruin a good relationship!

Scorpio

The Eclipse in Leo impacts your 10th House of authority figures and public recognition. This week has been challenging for Scorpio as you could feel overworked and tested to the max. This Eclipse occurs in your 10th House of honors, prestige and your public persona. Avoid a pity party and focus on the immediate task at hand. There could be some disagreements with VIPs, superiors and those in positions of power to hold your temper today as career issues could have felt beyond annoying this past week.
